Refueled

This weekend was full of time on the farm  with family.  It was just the weekend we all needed.  Sun, warm temps, nature walks, good chats, lots of smiles and the best visitors.

The farm is a happy place for everyone (people and pups!).  So much beauty to soak in, anything goes and best part makes everyone happy.  

This weekend the Littles learned a few life lessons at the farm; how to pop a squat (mm mastered it!) and the fun of wearing boots in the creek.

Irish for a Day

We love holiday fun at the Manda House! This year EKveven tried to catch the leprechaun!! 5:30 wake to see if she caught him.  Great green day!

Oh Trudy! 9 months

Trudy! Oh my little eater! This month you just can't get enough! Your favorite pasta!! 

You have the biggest personality and I just love your happy outlook on life.  Your giggle is the best! You are ready to be on the move but not quite there.  You are even trying to pull up.  You have your 2 bottom teeth coming in.  You still are a good sleeper this month wanting a few cuddles at night that I'm happy to get because you are getting big so fast.  You are loud and I love it! When you want something we know and you want it now.   Poppa took you to the grocery store last week and in the baby food aisle you were reaching and making your loud noises for a pouch until he got you one!!

9 months in and 9 out!  

Note to Trudy:

Oh Trudy! This month your kisses are the best!! Never forget to kiss those you love!!  Hello, celebratory, sad, goodnight, and just because kisses for those you love are truly the best.  It's the best way to start a day or end a day. Remember even when your mad to say sorry or say you forgive someone and give a kiss.  My days would not be complete without a a Trudy kiss.

Little miss you are growing up so fast!! This post is all about Tilda as Maugie would say.

Lately you just shock Poppa and I with your talking in full sentences!!! Your "I love you's", " bless you", "thank you momma" make my heart so happy!! "Etta Kate come here", "Maugie no pushing" or "Baby Trudy crying" make me laugh.  

You are a little spitfire and just love to make people laugh! 

You love your sisters, pockets, doggie jammas, playing in the bounce house and a bink (my fault but it will just be a phase!).  You are potty trained, starting to  try to dress yourself, and lately like 2 ponies like your sister. You are so loving and show sweet concern when someone is crying. You also have a feisty side and happy to say you don't try to bite as much.

Your faces still tell exactly what your thinking!

We love you so much and our lives wouldn't be the same without you!

Snowy Sunday

These chicks get up so early.  I'm still learning to embrace the energy at 5:30am.

We loved the snow and had a blast so now bring on Spring!

Weekend whereabouts!

Packed in a lot of fun into one day in StL!!

EK and Lulu went to Frozen on Ice! EK says "it was amazing!".  One lucky little girl!

Matilda and I got some one on one running errands which requires a trip to Claytons Bakery!

We ended the night celebrating a big 30th birthday! This guy has the biggest heart and we were happy to be able to celebrate. Happy Birthday Louie!  Safe to say Trudy loved his restaurant pick, Pastaeria.  Trudy baby loves pasta!!!

Quick change to jammas and all 4 were out before getting to the highway! Long snowy drive but I do love the peace snow covered everything gives!
