New York at Christmas with my Favorite Guy

No other way to start off the trip!  Street dog and a walk in Central Park.

The love I have for this guy is so deep.  I love one on one time with him so much.

I love Christmas and this city at Christmas was amazing.  Every corner is celebrating.  Not just celebrating but celebrating big with the most gorgeous decor I have seen.

Love it!

Saks at Christmas was FABULOUS!!

"The Tree"!

Grand Central Station

Remembering 9/11.  Forever changed this city and the world.  It was an emotional and moving experience.

On Jay's list and it did not disappoint.  For the record I said I did not like and may have gotten a littel frustrated in line with all the people but took it quickly back and LOVED the sandwich.  Well the bites I had because I did not get my own, they were huge.

We were so excited for the big show.

HAMILTON!!!

Intermission, it was UNBELIEVABLE.

Our favorite thing do to when traveling...walk the streets.

I loved all the tree stands and had to make a purchase for our A.

Dad of 4 girls.  Shhh....don't tell girls!

Saks during the day.

Unplanned we walked up do mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral.  This was the most moving religious experience I have had.  Walking the center isle of this cathedral for communion my mind went to my Granny and I have never been so proud to be a Catholic and celebrate my faith.  I know my Granny was there with me.   I told Jay when I walked out that I have never had that type of experience that I can remember.  Great start to my Sunday.

Good night to the "Greatest City"!  I am so thankful for A and the experiences she gives us in this city.  A is a very special friend and person.  This is a place I truly love and know that I will make frequent visits to in the years to come.  Until next time!

Rest in Peace Grandmama

Special day celebrating the lady that I always called "The Queen".  We are so lucky that all our girls had her in their lives.  She was the Great Grandma that made it to the hospital to see each of our girls.

Etta Kate's namesake.  Very special.

Little ladies and George

Trudy loves Georgey as she calls him!

All the Young cousins.  Grandmama did so much for these kids and was so proud of the people they have become.  Her legacy will live on through these people.

5 year old buddies!

It was a beautiful celebration full of family, friends, smiles, stories, tear, and overall peace.  Grandmama we will miss you but are forever thankful for your  involvement in our lives.  Rest in peace and until we meet again we all love you.  We know you and Granddad are celebrating and watching over all of us forever now.
