Almost to the exact week a year ago we said goodbye to the best neighbors and nanny ever and this year we say hello again for a week of fun!!!

Started with a fun day and night at their new home!! Never did the girls go to Gia's without craft time.  New house + cooler craft room = painted bodies!  So much fun with Bah!

 

We enjoyed seeing their new neighborhood!  Next morning we loaded to head to the beach!! Arrival was pure excitement from everyone!!

We had the perfect set up just a few steps from the pool and beach!! Happy to say we have 4 little girls that love the beach so much and are little fish in the pool.  

We loved the quality time with Lulu.  

And Bah (Mia), Gia and Mr. John.

We had a great week in Nagshead!!!

Vacation time begins!

Summer Vacation begins with last minute flight purchase which means first flight for these two!!

 And Trudy!

We also added a last minute guest! Lulu joined the trip.

Bright and early these girls were so excited for the airplane ride, going to North Carolina, the beach and seeing Bah, Gia and Mr.John.

I truly enjoyed this quick trip to STL with just EK.  

Girls night out!! Brought back many fun childhood memories of the Muny.  My Granny, many of my aunts and my mom had season tickets.  Loved going along!! Popcorn in a brown bag and red licorice were staples.  We didn't bring along but we had plenty of treats!! Cotton candy and huge ice cream cones (not pictured lulu and I trying to eat icecreams after ek decided it was too big and messy!)

Such a fun night!

More Summer Fun

Have I said before I love summer!!!

Pool play date with our cousin Gabriella!! Perfect pool day and so much fun with another little lady!!

This time every year I love to make a back to school trip to the columns right before the students come back. First, yes we are already there, 1 week and they start coming back.  Second, it was a perfect morning for the columns and the girls think it's the best playground!!

More swimming!! Because we love to swim and today was a big day at the pool.  MF figured out she could stand. MM almost figured out how to swim with no float. EK decided she would learn to dive and did great!

Trudy took a snooze! Best babe ever!

Summer Bucket List

Our trip to KY was not only filled with baby love but also lots of good summer fun!

Not a bucket list but girls also had first Happy Meal ✔️

Gas station stop had a McDonalds and EK really wanted something. "Like so bad momma!" Did you know happy meals come with fries, yogurt or apples and the burger or chicken.  Good thing bc all we ate were apples and yogurt.  But everyone got a minion so all were happy! And disclaimer my kids are not perfect eaters just don't eat burgers or chicken nuggets, which cuts out what is offered in fast food meals. I know that someday this may change and everything in moderation is my motto. Lots of wasted food and that ✔️ off the list.

This weekend we road tripped with Mimi to meet the newest baby in our family.  On June 29th my SIL gave birth to a healthy baby boy. 

We were all so in love with this sweet boy!

All but Trudy.  She was not so fond of sharing me or being near G at first.

He is just the sweetest little guy! 

Momma Hen was so into doing whatever George  needed.  Melted my heart to watch her and see her bounce him or whisper shhhh!! George seemed to really like her as well.  

Day 2 was filled with more baby snuggles.  Love the faces below as the girls check out the tiny toes! 

Trudy and George became friends!!

These two will have so much fun and have one more buddy/cousin on the way in October!
